I wasn’t sure how this recipe would turn out, but I had a lot of squash that needed to be cooked and a hungry tummy begging for something yummy. Insert: Squash Parmesan. I’m not sure if it’s a thing but it is now.
Literally all you do is cut the squash into triangular sticks, throw some tomato sauce and bread crumbs on them in a baking dish, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese (grated, shredded, what have you). Bake, covered with tinfoil, for 20 minutes at 375. Uncover and bake for another ten minutes and you got a meal your guests will love! I ate the entire dish, no shame, and was wishing I had made more. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did!
